Once upon a time, a wilted little flower didn’t know how to regrow. She thought that her petals once wilted could never recover. With all these fears, self-doubt, and scars she had, she didn’t want her head hanging down forever. So she wrote down her feelings and thoughts about life and growth and finally learnt that there was hope and saw that her work paid off. She learnt from other wilted flowers with the same problems and now she wants to help others too. Even if it’s just one sentence, one word. This flower knows how important it is, to see that you’re not alone in this. She knows that sometimes you need to read it, written down on paper. So this is what she did. This book is meant to help you on your own journey. A reminder that you can do it. She knows you will. Life is a never-ending journey and even if she learnt to heal most of her wilted petals she’s still learning, and still growing. Your soul is a garden and you are the one taking care of it, your sea of flowers.
