What skills do I have? What am I good at? What am I interested in? The answers to these questions are to help adolescents from 13 years of age get to know themselves better in order to find a suitable profession. ProfilPASS is a tool to accomplish this goal. Certified ProfilPASS consultants and teachers support students all over Germany who work with ProfilPASS. In the framework of individual conversations and group discussions, the adolescents use the workbook to document their personal skills which they have developed in their spare time, together with their families or through social contacts. The results of the ProfilPASS project give an impetus to character-specific career choices. The workbook was reworked and will be available in a new format.
